Solace Refund & Cancellation Policy :-

Digital Signature Purchase – Applicable for all Classes of DSC

1. Full refund available if the order has not been created by the certifying authority.
2. Full refund available if the order has not been approved by the certifying authority.
3. A 100% refund can be obtained in case of cancellation due to insufficient documentation.
4. Once the order is approved by the certifying authority, no refunds will be issued.
5. Please note that refund requests must be submitted within the service validity period.

Refund Duration

Customers are reimbursed for refunds through online mode, specifically using Razorpay. Once the refund request is received, the amount will be returned within 7 to 10 working days. The precise duration of the refund process may be affected by bank holidays and their processing schedule.

Valid Period of Service

DSC Purchase: Customers can avail of the service to apply for a Digital Signature from Solace Skill & Services within 30 days from the date of payment.
